"Excuse me.I wanna steal him away." What dose the sentence mean?

"Wanna" is a popular contraction of "want to." The second sentence is actually saying "I want to steal him away." Does that help?

The sentence would seem to mean that the person speaking wants to take "him" from someone else. It suggests a girl who wants to take another girl's boyfriend away from her.
