Can you get subtitles in your language when you watch an English film? If you do, you can listen to the words that are being said on the screen. If you miss some of the meaning, you can always glance at the subtitles. Remember though, often subtitles in one language do not exactly match the words being said in another. At least you will be able to get the idea.
