do you know the difference between "prospect" and"scene"?
It would be difficult to confuse those words because they mean very different things. They have nothing to do with each other.
A "prospect" is a possibility or something you look forward to: for example, "the prospect of love" or "the prospect of a second chance."
A "scene" is a place where something happens: for example, "the scene of the crime." It can also mean an embarassing or awkward situation in public. For example, if your friend begins yelling loudly in a public place, you would say that he or she is "making a scene."
A "prospect" can also be a view, usually for a great distance.
A "scene" is any situation--grand or cozy.
