a/t to BBC-NEWS five navy junior ratings had to march through the streets of st. mary's in the isles of scilly for misbehaviour .
the local police had reported drunkenness and fighting by the sailors in town .
i think that's quite an appropriate punishment for the young fellows .
(lucky me , i never got caught !).
