What's the meaning of "bundle up"?

I don't know the context, but in most cases, "bundle up" means to dress warmly in cold weather.

As Phoenix said, context is important. It can also mean to gather up several things and make a single a single unit of them. For instance gathering up newspapers and wrapping them together with string.
