Can you help me about this sentence :Such that one could not pass than unnoticed thought it seemed wiser to pass them untouched.

In that form, it's not a sentence. It's incomplete. It does not have a subject; the sentence does not tell us WHO is thinking "it seemed wiser to pass." Are you sure you copied the sentence correctly?
