How can explain the sentence "I love me some Jack"Confused

This sentance does not make any sense in english at all.

I love jack is a sensible sentance.
Love is a personal bond if two people love each other they may kiss.
Some times I may say I love food or I love speaking english.
I would love some food when I am hungery.
