You might write down what tasks or errands you have to complete each day, and the write next to them where you have to go to do them. Then think to yourself--"I have to go to school, what tasks or errands can i do while i go to school, or come back home?" Give some thought to how long it takes to do something, and how long it takes to get from one place to another. Be sure you leave some time to meet your friends!

Good luck.

Setanta has given you some good ideas. I would also add that one needs to prioritize...............what is very important, what is not so important, and what can be ignored. Also, in terms of time, one needs to consider what needs to be done immediately, what can be put off for a time, and what can be put off indefinitely.

I used to be a person who had to do everything immediately. I had a very wise boss. She taught me that I need to determine which things that I could ignore for awhile, that would work out by itself, without me doing anything.

Hmm...Sounds reasonable. In Chinese, there's an old saying going like this: govern by noninterference (Wu-Wei-Er-Zhi in Chinese pinyin). I think Phoenix's ex-boss already has that ancient wisdom.
