I agree with that for any foreign language. There are only so many things you can learn from books. Human beings learn language through speaking and listening. As you hear new words, you will integrate them into your vocabulary. As you hear words you know spoken by native speakers, you will tune your pronunciation. It's the fastest way to learn.
