Could you tell me the usage of "with her"?

She will have with her a wide range of our products.

I don't know the usage of "with her", could you tell me the meaning? one more example is preferred.

She will have with her... means as much as She will carry on her person
(so basically have with her in the car, or in a bag or something... So when you meet with the person, you can see the products)

"I will have to take my suitcases with me when I go to the airport."
