Could you tell me the meaning of the sentence"if you want him to treat you well,you've got treat him well first-so well that he realizes how interesting ,complex,and fulfiling reality can be- at least more so than 'WAR Craft III'"?Especially the meaning of "so well "and "more so than".How can I use them?

so well = so good, as good as possible
more so than = better than or more important than or more meaningful than
