As we all known,IELTS is popular among Chinese English learners.Because it is a popular English language learning resource for Chinese students determined to study abroad.Although it is very difficult,in order to study aborad,Chinese students try their best to pass the test.I know little about it.Can you give me more information about it?Is it necessary for going abroad?
I have never heard of it before. Perhaps it's popular in China, but not in the US. You should learn English if you want to go to an English-speaking country, but English of course isn't necessary if you want to go to France or some other place where English isn't the top language.
You should be able to study English on your own. Does the test afford any special advantages?
This quote in a message from a Thai friend of mine now studying in Australia.
"All foreign students who use English as their second language have to take the English test, either TOEFL or IELTS test."
