Do you know the differences among "shake" ,"tremble" and "shiver"?

They are all versions of the same word.
The only diffrence in meaning is possibly WHAT is doing the shaking.
For example-
Tremble is a word used most often when describing small things like leaves.
" The leaf was trembling in the breeze"
Shake is more often used to describe what you are doing to an object.
"Shake the salt container"
Shiver is most commonly used to describe feeling cold.
" It was so cold outside, I was shivering."
All have relatively the same meaning - move back and forth quickly.
