I can not say that I have heard this term?

Alot of the terms that have been posted here lately are not truly common and are left up to the person reading them as to what it might mean.

Hopefully someone comes along and helps you more then I have. :-)

The term is "a real feather in my cap" meaning an achievement that one is recognized for attaining.
