Hello,
Today I saw a sentence and I don't know how to translate it. Please help me, thank you !
"He who praises all praises none."

If your teacher told each student in the classroom that s/he had a wonderful grasp of the English language (whether each student could speak English well or not) her praise would be meaningless.

Strange sentence. It means, that if you praise all, that all are of equal value and that might not be true.
