I want to know the difference between "sun and suns ",and when I could use "suns".

Your question makes little sense. I know of no expression which reads: "suns and suns." Sun is the name we give to the day star, the star around which the earth orbits. If you have seen this in a sentence, then you need to provide the sentence if you expect a reasonable answer.

We cannot answer bizarre questions about something you have read if we don't have the context. Come back and give the sentence you read it in.
