Hi,everyone!
Could you tell me how to explain the following sentence?
I heard he'd give these impossible tests and then never even go over the answers

To "go over" in this sentence means "to review". So the teacher would give a very difficult test and then not spend any class time afterward to make sure the students understood why their answers were not correct.

The teacher would give hard exams. After he graded the exams, he would hand them back to the students. But, never once, did the teacher ever post the correct answers to the test, nor did he ever explain why the his answers were the right ones.
