As of 1pm this afternoon, all lobster related questions will be forwarded to one of my lobster people, as I am no longer employed in this industry and you all know how fast things can change.
Just today, one of my co-worker lobster friends was saying there was talk about the plant owners improving the sanitation area next year and it's a bloody shame that I won't be there to see it.
I do have to agree that the hooves are the best part, but other lobster professionals may not agree.
