Question Which sentence was used more often?
"When donkeys fly !"or"When elephant fly!"?

I doubt that either of those is frequently used, although if one were, it would be "when donkeys fly."

The most common expression of this type in English is "when pigs fly."

Ive never heard when donkleys fly,

When pigs fly is poular but I immediatly thought when elephants fly was popular as its in the Dumbo film.

Neither of them

'and pigs might fly' is the way it is phrased here rather than 'when pigs fly'


said to show how silly an idea is
