That different people (or things) work together in a way that works well for all of them, that is pleasant for them.

If you have more questions about the English language, please use the English forum.

Also, if you post a new question you will notice that underneath the "Subject" field, there is a sentence ("The subject should be relevant to the topic or question", etc), which you should read if you want more or better answers to your questions.
