Hello! Everyone! I'm glad to see you here! Today I want to ask for your help. When I was reading, I meet with a phrase"Great minds think alike".I'm not very clear about it. Would you be so kind as to explain it for me ? I'll be so grateful for you help. Thank you !
It is a somewhat humorous expressions. It means that very intelligent people agree about things. It is most often used in a wry manner, as in an example when two friends, who are not necessarily extremely intelligent, but have a good sense of humor, agree about something. One might say to the other "Great minds think alike."
And if you wanna be really cool, you just say GMTA. K? Try it some time!
Well, DP, that must be because great minds do think alike.
But I prefer when that statement is finished ....
"Great minds think alike, and fools seldom differ".
