Unbearable weather!!

It seems that the summer is early in coming in my country.To be worse, there aren't any big trees in our compus. Everyday,we had to be exposed to the hot sun.What's the weather like in the place you live. Can you give me some advice on how to protect myself from the U.V Rays.
