As far as I'm concerned, yes. I haven't heard anything from him decrying this thing being on the market. I may have missed it, but I don't recall it. He's either extremely proud of being on the tape, or he's too embarased to show his face. Personally, I lean toward the former. And I'm darned tired of hearing about her. She's in a fight with Nicole. She's dating some rich guy. She's grinding on a stripper pole. So what? This is news? I wish I could turn off the celebrity gossip, but it's everywhere.
