I can't speak for everyone in the West, as I'm only one person living in Canada.

However, I can tell you that today I had whole wheat toast with peanut butter for breakfast. I also had a piece of swiss cheese.

About three years ago, I asked people who post here at Able2Know what they were having for breakfast.
