I'm curious as to what kind of abortion takes place in a hospital as opposed to a doctors office or a clinic.
I'm guessing that these are cases when there are serious complications.
This is confusing to me:
Quote:Christ Hospital says that it compassionately aborts babies with very serious mental or physical handicaps. But Christ Hospital will also abort for life or health of the mother. So at least two of the second-trimester babies who were aborted last year, for instance, were completely healthy.
Completely healthy in what sense? Were they viable? Should the mother have been allowed to die instead?
I'll wager that each and every woman who had an abortion at that hospital would have been joyous and elated to have a truly healthy baby instead of an abortion.
As to the birth certificate thing - the issue birth certificates for stillborn babies. I would certainly think that they would issue them when this type of hospital abortion is done. I think it has something to do with insurance and taxes.
