Confused ~~head in the clouds~~~
there are too many me]~~head in the clouds~~~
there are too many materphers in english~~
I have no words but to ...ask for your help!~

what do the phase and diagulage mean???

To say that someone has his "head in the clouds" means that he/she is not very good at dealing with everyday problems and situations. To be "very grounded" is the opposite.
