My English listening is so poor!! Who can tell me how to improve it? Thank you!

Nick, I'm trying to find some clues to what it might be.
I know that some of the new student posters are listening to Voice of America, so I can go to the website and figure out what they're featuring, and find some of the vocabulary they are running into.
Beth try looking at his/her other posts click on the screen name.
