Exercise Exercise Exercise.
Restrain yourself when near anything like cakes and cookies and pies and ice cream - these are all high calorie, not very nutritious, and limiting (I didn't say completely cutting out) your intake of such things will really help.
ah c'mon....isn't there another way where you wouldn't have to do anything and could eat all that stuff?
That sounds too hard.
