"feeled" is not an English word. The past participles of regular English verbs are formed by adding -d or -ed to the base form of the verb e.g. raise/raised pick/picked etc. But this is only true for regular verbs. The verb "to feel" is an irregular verb. There are plenty of these! You just have to learn them.

"felt" is the past participle of the verb "to feel" in all versions of English.

The verb "to dream" has been made regular in USA English and the past participle is "dreamed".

However in UK and British Commonwealth English it remains irregular and the past participle is "dreamt".

This distinction is not as rigid as it once was.

There are other verbs like this e.g. "spelled" (USA) and "spelt" (UK)
