"Not for children's eyes" means that something is not suitable to be seen by children.

It may be something that is on TV, or is in a book or a magazine, that is of an adult nature. This would normally include nudity, pornography, violence, bad language (swearing) and any other matter that an adult would consider as innapropriate for a child to see on TV, or read in a book or magazine etc.

Ellpus is pulling your leg.

We have sauces for various types of eyes. (Eyes are an American delicacy).

Everyone knows that childrens eyes are quite sweet, and would taste too sugary with the sweet sauce we practically have to drown adult and cat eyes in (bitter!).

Eating dog eyes are illegal here.

It's obviously a sauce that is not for children's eyes.
