Sally demands her picture posted.

This was entirely different, Miss Letty. Lord Ellpus had posted the pictures
himself and chose to remove them afterwards.

i was going to insist that walter post every picture he's taken of me, but you beat me to my idea.

I am in the #3 category (even though I always get caught with some stupid expression on my face) but can understand people don't want their pics posted. I think that is one of the reasons why Smog didn't show up in Chicago.
i thought it was because gas prices are so high, people were driving less.
seriously, is he on America's most wanted?
In addition, if one of the photos Walter had posted was not to someone's liking, a private message to him asking for removal would have been
so much more appropriate. Instead it was done in a rather unfriendly manner on the thread itself.
If one asks for sensitivity, one should extend the same.
Well, it's debatable, I guess. Some of us are more photogenic than others.
Thanks, Jane. I didn't realize that about L.E.
Yes Miss Letty, it is my thread, but I don't post pictures for others. Lord Ellpus did it himself
Is it Walter's fault that some people are more photogenic than others?
My life was ruined by the pictures of me that were posted here. Shortly after some insensitive bastard posted pics of me, I was given the nickname "Scrotum-ears" and will forever be saddled with that grotesque and distasteful moniker. I HAVE BEEN RUINED! I HOPE YOU'RE ALL HAPPY!
Actually, I agree with you, CJane, that I should have pm'd Walter. I reacted
fast.
I suppose I should take my fragile ego and put it in a closet, thanks for sharing.
However, I feel badly that Walter is affected about showing his photos, which I've loved. Walter and I are friends, and I regret expressing my reaction to that photo in a post.
As for discussing this all at the meeting, some of us did. I don't remember if Walter was within hearing distance at the time - probably not. The consensus was that it would be hard to get permission with all the photography going on, but that people were unlikely to post an awful photo.
In any case, I didn't specifically ask him to seek permission before showiing
photos of me, another lesson.
I'da kinda just asked, if I were the photographer. I mean sure, you see people taking pictures, but you dont automatically assume they'll all appear on the board - I mean, Ida assumed that some are just taking pictures cos theyd like to have some.
You can post my pictures anytime...even if I am doing something stupid like laying across your lap....and across the lap of ole Scrotum Ears.

I want to rewrite that sentence -
In any case, I didn't specifically ask Walter to let me see any photos of me first, and I should have, since it turns out I did have a reaction to one.
The best of all this is that Frank appears here: hi!

And in that spirit allow me to present an unflattering picture of myself...
Calamity Jane agreed with me so nya nya nya....
We all have fragile egos at times, osso.
You should also know, that there are many lovely pictures of you
on the various threads. One unfavorable view does not erase all the
appealing ones of you.
I'd consider myself fortunate, if I am as active and attractive
when in your age group.

Hey Walter....good to see ya. Saw some of those photos. Looking good, guy! Especially when you are trying to unravel someone else's puter.
