I would like to get a sword engraved (for a wedding gift Laughing ) with a Latin inscription to the effect;
To the vanquishers of fears.

I would be so grateful if someone could help by giving me the correct Latin for this phrase.

I'd translate it:

METUUM VICTORIBUS



...and I was gonna give them stemware...

They both very afraid 2 tie the knot and they both love ancient weaponsÂ… hence what would seem to be a strange wedding gift!
