Out of context, the meaning of your sentence is a bit tricky.

I'd guess that the speaker is telling you you are going to be very wealthy--so wealthy that you'll spend all your time signing checks and spending money.

My take on it is that once you've finished the task of signing cheques, you'll having nothing to do. "Badly Stuck" meaning - you'll have a hard time (finding something to do).
