yea so heres the problem...i havent had much in the ways of sexual intimacy over the years and i guess im very sensitive.
Ive only had a girl touch me twice and both times...i didnt last very long, maybe less then a minute (both times i was able to get away without them knowing what had happened)
I need some serious help with how to "train myself". Any suggestions?

Most guys I know who ejaculate frequently last longer. Meaning, if you cum before being with a girl you should last longer with her.
