Thank God Gore didn't get it. After 9/11, he probably would have offerred OBL control of the Internet.

Of all the bantering back and forth and foolishness that goes between left and right... this is THE most cretinous remark that's ever made..... any sitting president would have responded to 9/11, including Carter, the way bush did.

Two differences

1. They would have gone to Afghanistan and stayed focused there until the job was done.

2. They wouldn't have sat on their asses for 7 minutes to see what happened to the goat first...

Of course they may not have stirred up the guns guts and glory crowd, allowing them to pull out their little peckers and paint them red white and blue, the way bush did.

Actually, it was the electoral college he invented - to his everlasting regret.

I probably should leave well enough alone, but I have been feeling bad since this morning--poor excuse I know, but.. "had a bad day." (like that song by Daniel Powter) I apologize to cjhsa

"The Truth" in capital letters?

That's how Finn sees his views. Which have little to do with Objective Reality. Or... reality.

Ah, at long last you are starting to weaken and come over to the evil...er, I mean, good side. He's not popular among the naysayers...I can agree with that.

"The Truth", "naysayers"....when did politics become a series of weird slogans again?

Regretfully, slogans are just about all we have left, the righteous right of God's Warriors are up to their divided thighs in immigrants and the stagnation of Bush's War while the Democrats continue to amaze me with their timidness.

I think he's ****... I'm just worn out from arguing with a bunch of ass licking sycophants who ignore the truth even though it's in front of their lost in denial eyes day after day.... no offense....

BVT: He will soon be in the "20"s and his defenders will still come back with defense. I agree...not worth the time.

I don't see Bush being remembered in a completely negative light unless you read the liberal textbooks.

He's doing the right thing and getting crucified for it.

Thinking ahead ten+ years, my grandkids are going to learn about what a great guy Bill Clinton was, and how awful Bush was, because this is the **** they will be forced to read.
