Mysterious book

I was in London last week and I bought a book for 30 p. It's in Czech I think and it looks like a fairy tale book, that's why I bought it.

It's called "O hloupém Ivanovi a chytré Jelene". There's a little 'v' on the last 'e', but I don't know how to do that on this keyboard.

Anyway, does anyone know what it means/speak Czech?
