msolga- if you can cook for 4 you can cook for any number- just multiplay
Enough big pots?- that's the only problem I have.
This party will be in the first week of November- so time enough to get organized and try some new recipies.
Ratatouile sounds good- maybe in disguise of a Lasange.
Work and on job training and subbing this week- we have had very fast, simple dishes. Even a Mc' Donald's.Embarrassed

Tonight I am cooking dinner for my family, in someone else's house, who won't be home. I think I'll cook something really stinky. Wink

Had a ripper dinner last night! Went to an eatery called Claypots with my friend, A. What delicious food! Yum! We had a number of little mezze dishes: crunchy seaweed tossed in a very garlicky oil dressing (I had no idea that seaweed could be so tasty! Surprised ), small swordfish portions, some other fish that I've forgotten the name of, but which was great. Then, the claypot: we shared a spicey one with rice, a variety of shellfish (?), crunchy bits of ginger in a rich tomato-ey sauce. Absolutely scrumptious! We left reeking of garlic Laughing & feeling very satisfied.

Tonight it will be veggies and rice. I've got broccoli and cauliflower that I will steam and then add to a saute of onion, garlic, carrot and red pepper.
