hi all,

im new to the forum and unsure if i am using it correctly ,if not im sorry

but i am after an answer to this

what is mean't by the term a 'base move' in lifting and handling

Welcome to A2K Saintlee. I never heard the term 'base move' in reference to lifting in handling.

I have heard it in sports and games in reference to a basic or initial manoeuvre, for example - an opening move in chess.
