When someone keeps asking you difficult questions. Does it mean: rejesct further questions?

I'd say it's more like not giving responsive answers or being evasive.

The usual phrase is "to stonewall".

Asking difficult questions could be quite intentional and appropriate in certain situations -- job applications, oral boards in graduate school, or press conferences, to name but a few.
