Paris's Ferris Wheel

I bought a postcard/photo of the Eiffel Tower yesterday, in the distance is a Ferris Wheel.
The photo is dated 1914.

Ive had a google but not with much luck. All I found was a ferris wheel being in Paris around 1890's then dismantled around 1906.
I dont expect first hand accounts of seeing this wheel in 1914 but I just wondered if anybody knew anything about it.

According to this Wikpedia article the Wheel was not demolished until 1937. Le Village Suisse now stands on the site.

I think the 1906 reference is concerned with the original Ferris Wheel in Chicago.
