Ha! Just seen this - brilliant!

Swindon is your average fairly unnattractive backwater town, full of the type of people who visit the E.R. for weird reasons. If you could imagine the poor E.R. Doctor, raising his/her eyebrows when someone comes in with a coke bottle stuck up their rectum, it would be that sort of thing. "Oh yeh, it's NFS".
