If Hillary wins this, I'm going to be way more mad about Bill's "fairytale" speech than I have been so far. (Obama has been consistently against the Iraq war. Obama and Hillary have not had exactly the same voting record since 2004. I don't know what those "crook" claims are but in context I wouldn't be surprised if they're in the same category as the first two claims.)
From exit polls, a significant number of people decided who to vote for today.
Argh, 40-35. Need to get to bed.
Just getting home and sitting down to catch up on things so they may be a bit out of context to what's going on as I get caught up to current results.
I think it is a backlash by those who were still undecideds over yesterday's gleeful reactions to Hillary showing a tiny bit of emotion over having to work so hard at getting elected. It isn't a reaction to her being emotional, it is a reaction to everyone pointing to the crack in the wall of the "Ice Queen" and celebrating over the achievement of finally getting to her.
There were several points yesterday where I was so pissed off about it after listening to endless reports and sneers about it, I may have switched my vote from Obama to Hillary over it if I were voting yesterday in reaction to that.
If it was a Clinton campaign strategy then it was well-played and Hillary really does know how to better manipulate and handle the press and her enemies.
