@realjohnboy,
rjb, GW Bush got a kick up in his ratings after 9-11, because Americans wanted to support their president. Just goes to prove that history can be kind and critical about the same issue after time passes.

Blue is approval, and red is disapproval.

@JTT,
This is sort of a wild theory, but at times I think H2O man is paid by some kind of conservative group to go on blogs and just kind of spam out political ads and one liners.

What surprises me more is that some people still read his garbage; his posts are worthless, and it stinks like FOX News.

@revelette,
It's not only a wild theory, it borders on evidence that you suffer from paranoia.

Do you really think that the vast right wing conspiracy gives a sh*t what goes on in this forum?

@Finn dAbuzz,
The Koch brothers spend lots of their money on propaganda. Why not buy people to post garbage on this and other sites in order to further confuse the issues? The wild theory is yours trying to claim this is paranoia. Big business is trying to destroy the middle class. Just check how many propaganda sites the ultra conservative Koches and their allies support on the sly.

@RABEL222,
Please.

George Soros spends a lot of his money on propaganda but I don't imagine that he's funding your posts.

Even if we assume that the Koch brother are the evil bastards you seem to think they are, their wealth isn't infinite (it's actually less than that of Soros). Why would they waste money paying someone to spam this forum. I hate to break it to you Rabel, but you didn't join America's movers and shakers when you joined A2K.

Big business is trying to destroy the middle class?

Where did you pick up that gem? From a Soros funded popaganda site?

What possible reason would Big Business have to kill the goose that lays their golden eggs?

This is the sort of nonsensical partisan crap that assures no one is going to take this site seriously enough to spend money influencing its members.

@Finn dAbuzz,
There are only a few posters here who gobble propaganda without checking on the truth of whats being said and pass it on. Most are intelligent enough to check for the truth. And the Koch are evil bastards as you stated. Big business has moved its golden egg to China and other foreign countries by moving jobs to them and laying off the U.S. citizens who make up the middle class. They dont give a shyt wether we have the money to buy their stuff as long as they make a profit. And dont give me that crap about the liberals having more money than the conservatives. Look at the difference between what the republicans spent on the last election and what the dems did.

And you are clearly one of them.

Please take a deep breath and think on this without reflexively foaming at the mouth:

How is Big Business going to make a profit if "we" don't have the money to buy "their stuff?"

Do you think they are planning to sell all of these high priced goods and services to the Chinese?

Soros doesn't have more money than the Koch brothers?

What is the difference between what the parties spent on the last election? Do you know?

@Finn dAbuzz,
I think conservatives and democrats groups have recognized that blogs have had an influence in politics and in the end even the way a good number of people vote which is why there are so many various political web sites from both sides. When it comes to elections and politics, all venues are utilized.

In any case, I said it was a wild theory but he does seem devoted to just spitting out one liners and ads.

Not true..
Koch brothers are 23 and 24 on Forbes list. Soros is 35. So the Soros brothers have more than 2 times the money that Soros.
Soros has 14 billion. The Koch brothers together have 35 billion.

I agree, however, I don't see why anyone would pay to have people spam this forum. Not when they can dupe people into doing it for free.

I see waterboy is still posting his garbage (which I ignore). Here's a report today from marketwatch.com.

Quote:
Stimulus led to up to 3.6 mln Q1 jobs: White House

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 resulted in between 2.4 million and 3.6 million more jobs in the first quarter of 2011 than there otherwise would have been, the White House's Council of Economic Advisers said Friday in its seventh quarterly report. The stimulus added between 2.3% and 3.2% to the GDP in the first quarter. The CEA estimates compare to Congressional Budget Office projections between 1.1% and 3.1% and an employment boost between 1.2 million and 3.3 million. As of the end of the first quarter of 2011, the sum of outlays and tax cuts was $666 billion, with an additional $106 billion obligated but not yet outlayed.

@Finn dAbuzz,
I cant find much information on the hidden money that is spent but what i can find indicates that the conservatives spend about twice as much as the Dems. Its hard to find that information because the wealthy try to hide their influence on the elections because it would turn people off. And I already stated my opinion that the rich dont give a shyt wether i can buy their goods and services as long as they have their wealth. If you dont like foaming at the mouth opinions why do you listen to Rush. Have you heard of the world economy that big business is pushing. I know that right now in St. Louis they are wanting to spend taxpayer money to build a Chinese center to make it eaiser to ship their goods to the midwest. Big business idea of job creation. 100 jobs for china to 1 job at the aircenter they want the taxpayers to fund.
