OUR NECESSARY OBJECTIVES

oh please.. try to impeach him. Show how little you care about the jobs, economy, health care. Prove to 80% of the citizens you are stupid and can't run the country in an adult manner. Would you please do it so we can prove you wrong and vote your asses out so you never see power for 50 years because your idiocy will finally be so obvious even Fox can't cover it up.

@revelette,

Obama had The Supremes push it back until after the next election... I'm not surprised.

Ah.. right.. Scalia, Roberts, Thomas, and Alito are all just lackeys for Obama.

You shouldn't be surprised knowing that everyone but YOU bows down and worships Obama. (Which is why the majority will elect him emperor for life in 2012 and the USSC won't care about that either.)

@parados,
That's how the GOP tries to work our government; take extreme measures to take away the power of the president and congress by going to the SC rather than try to legislate through "normal" means of government.

Gov Walker is but one example of that extremism. I hope they keep it up, because even though most Americans are pretty dumb, they're going to learn that the GOP is trying to take away their final security of social security and Medicare.

Even conservatives are union members and benefit from those two major government programs.

However, there is always that possibility that conservatives just want to win the battle and lose the war. I wouldn't mind seeing that either; let them destroy themselves.

I'll still give them a dollar when they start begging on the streets. They deserve to eat dog food.

What I do not understand is why you trust private business CUSTOMERS who are more apt to be liberals.

I trust private business customers far more than I trust public business customers. Private business customers are far more interested in getting their money's worth than are public business customers.

Public business customers are far more interested in getting private money from public businesses than they are of earning their own money.

Not at all.

I am also not surprised that a GOP AG doesn't know the law well enough to know that the USSC only takes emergency cases on an expedited basis.

The case will probably make it to the USSC eventually. It all depends on how the appeals courts rule on this. If every appeals court rules the same way then the USSC may not take them at all but just let the appeals court rulings stand.
