@JTT,
Cut the bunk and answer my question!
Do you agree or disagree with my descriptions of leftist liberals and rightist conservatives?

Leftist Liberals seek more government control over people's lives.
Rightist Conservatives seek more individual control over their own lives.

Leftist Liberals seek more equal distribution of wealth.
Rightist Conservatives seek more merit distribution of wealth.

Leftist Liberals seek more dependence by the needy on government charity.
Rightist Conservatives seek more dependence by the needy on private charity.

Leftist Liberals seek less dependence by the needy on private charity.
Rightist Conservatives seek less dependence by the needy on government charity.

Leftist Liberals rarely specify what Leftist Liberals think.
Rightist Conservatives regularly specify what Rightist Conservatives think.

Leftist Liberals regularly incorrectly claim what Rightist Conservatives think.
Rightist Conservatives regularly correctly claim what Leftist Liberals think.

I agreed with you when they were all in caps but not when you put your question in bold.

I remember hearing during my work years that if one repeats something 17 times, they will memorize it.

Dictionary:
dotty = crazy; eccentric. feeble or unsteady in gait.
Icelandic in origin.
I didn't know that.

They do not like answering questions. That involves believing in something, making a commitment to a belief, and that is too tough for them, ican. It is much easier to call names and criticize your posts than it is to debate intelligently.

@realjohnboy,
dotty - Ican

Should be easy to remember now, RJB.

Also,

dotty - marked by foolish or unreasoning fondness

being obsessed or infatuated <dotty fans>

amusingly absurd

Who gave Okie the minus? Please stop this nonsense. If you ain't got the cojones necessary to speak your mind, it's better that you just sit tight than be a chickenshit.

Okie, I agree "They do not like answering questions." I've hypothesized that they (i.e., the Leftist Liberals) do not like answering questions, because they are unable to provide rational reasons for believing what they say they believe. You're explanation for their behavior may be more accurate.

Do you suppose when ican uses the word, "rightist," that he means the word, "righteous?"

Rasmussen is showing Obama near all time lows in the following:

"Overall, 42% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. This matches the lowest approval rating yet measured for President Obama. Fifty-six percent (56%) now disapprove."

@okie,
I am curious, Okie, about how you interpret the Obama approval ratings. Today it is at -21, which you are quick to point out. On Sept 1st it was at -12, which was one of Obama's better marks.
What, in your reading of events in the last few days, would account for his rise and then the fall?

I of course don't know what parados really thinks. I know that when I use the word "rightist," I mean that part of the political and/or economic belief spectrum that is opposite leftist.

I also believe you knew that before you posted your remark!
