@H2O MAN,
A man should be an adult male, responsible for what he says, able to winnow out the source of what he says and honest in saying it.

What appeared here were some obviously yanked out of context statements that did not stand up to scrutiny.

And now you know why the term "Man Child' fits Obama perfectly.

Is anyone outraged that President Obama did not go to the Arlington National Cemetery this Memorial Day? Most Presidents have done so. He sent VP Biden instead, while he flew off to some cemetery in Illinois. Rained out, as it turned out.

He blows off a photo op to "honor" US service men and women because of a little rain... Obama's a Jack Ass!

Maybe the secret service should blow off protecting his dumb ass the next time it looks like rain.

Tell us, H2O, about the military cemetery in Illinois that is, in your mind, not worthy of a Presidential visit.

@realjohnboy,
I am referring to Obama's actions that clearly indicate that he thinks the military cemetery
in Illinois is not worthy of a presidential visit because he and others might get rained on.

Tell us if that makes sense in your mind.

Do you think Obama did the correct presidential thing by blowing off the visit?

How does a memorial service get rained out?

Men and women die for their country but the president can't get wet to honor them?

Checked the story and it appears it was quite a torrent, and the president did try to give his speech. With lightning in the air, it was sensible to call it a day. I retract my criticism of him.

@H2O MAN,
Did you see the video of the lightening storm at the cemetery in IL at the time of Obama's visit that "clearly indicates" what you are suggesting? It is easily available to view.

(A nod to Finn, for being willing to rethink a thought).

Lightning in the air scares off our so-called president when bullets and bombs
in the air did not scare off the truly brave Americans buried in that cemetery.

Obama should have been willing to rethink his change of plans because no
lightning storm lasts forever and he could have simply delayed his photo-op.

Is Hallmark hiring water softener repair assholes now? That was the most poetically idiotic thing I've ever read. You sound like Rain Man in an Introduction to Poetry elective.

Oh, also? The men and women buried in that cemetery, brave though they were, were not the President of the United States. Whose duty includes staying alive so that he can run the country. Whereas the formers' duty was to die for their country.

I'm sure you don't **** with water softeners in a lightning storm. Does that make you a pussy? No. Your general pussiness does, but not your electrical storm etiquette.

Obama blew it and you don't want to admit it...

G-boy, you are one of the biggest liberal pussies here on A2K and everyone knows this to be true.

Suck it up and march your dumb ass back into that restroom stall at the bus station and do your duty.

@H2O MAN,
That is all right -- you are just a typical Rep creep. Your statement, for some reason, reminded me of Mitch McConnell saying that the financial reform legislation would provide for permanent bail outs, when it does the opposite. You Reps oppose everything, the country be damned.

Why is it that liberals treat those who serve in the military as servants?

Your ignorance about the military is shocking.
It is NOT the duty of servicemen and women to die for their country, their duty is to defend their country.

And yes, there is a difference. If a soldier can defend his country without dying and without killing anyone, thats perfectly fine with them.

You either totally misunderstand the military, or you have complete disdain for them.
