My boys love to be bammed really hard all over. Bam bam bam with an open hand.

otis even has his own satin covered clothes hanger (the top hook came off) that he loves to be beaten with. If he sees me picking it up he runs straight at me.

I don't think mine really mind getting knocked over, either. When it comes to the tummy tickle, there seems to be some kind of feline reflex that includes grabbing with the front claws and kicking with the hind. They can be very hard to shake loose.
