I have read several accounts of people who swam with killer whales as part of a show. Maybe I should note this guy's name for future reference, as I question who is trusting who in situations like this.

Orcas kept in captivity are regularly known to attack and sometimes kill "trainers". This usually doesn't happen until after many years of "training". It isn't so much a matter of their wildness, coming out. They attack out of desperation. Dolphins tend toward depression rather than rage in captivity. Sea World doesn't publicize such events.

It seems Kevin Richardson is quite professional at what he does.
My girlfriend's sister told me a few weeks ago that whenever I talk about Munkin, I sound "half retarded".
She's 19. The sister... not my girlfriend.
I think this video pretty well demonstrates how she sees me.
