This is one of the weirder stories to come out of UNC this year, and that's saying something.
I don't know if I'd want these kids to go to GitMo- but they definately deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law-
I mean chances are they'll end up with "Bubba" in a cell anyways. Or with some actual hardened criminal who will "soften" those Lax boys up a little bit...
Interesting thing though off of the news....about the DNA testing

So I wonder, does that mean that NONE of these guys had much to do with it?
you have your idiots mixed up this thread is about the guy who drove the SUV into a group of students.... my Duke boys are vindicated.....,
Vindicated? Are you sure?
District Attorney Mike Nifong stopped speaking with reporters last week after initially talking openly about the case, including stating publicly that he was confident a crime occurred. He went on to say he would have other evidence to make his case should the DNA analysis prove inconclusive or fail to match a member of the team.
"He doesn?'t have to do it," Smith said of filing charges. "He is a man with discretion. He doesn?'t have to do it, and we hope that he won?'t."
I don't see that he could have a case here, but I also don't know what evidence he is talking about.
No DNA, No physical indication that the woman in question was involved in any sexual intercourse at all and pics that show her beat-up, bruised and bloody when she arrived at the party.
Whatever evidence the DA has left, it had better be pretty damn strong because his case seems to be going down the toilet.
