we will take this road (hwy 17) through Chama New Mexico on our way to Alamosa Colorado.
at the top of Cumbres Pass shown here we enter Colorado.
after spending the night in Alamosa we will drive over Wolf Creek Pass and into Cortez Colo seen here from the San Juan Mtns;
Our last day on the road we drive by Shiprock NM in the heart of Navaho Nation.
